POLICIES

Cancellation:

We require 24 hours to cancel your visit with us. We understand the need arises to have to cancel or reschedule your visit. However, when you cancel or reschedule without giving us enough notice it causes the salon and our stylists to lose both time and income.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

Less than 24 Hours = 50% of scheduled service cost.

Less than 12 Hours = 100% of scheduled service cost.

We require a card on file if you do not cancel or reschedule within the allotted time frames, your card will be charged accordingly. We do not accept email cancellations. Rescheduling last minute is the same as canceling last minute.

Adjustments & Refunds:

We understand that sometimes once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days, you may find that some adjustments need to be made. We are happy to make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are requested after 7 days of the original service will require full payment. No refunds.

Appointment Times:

In order to keep our salon running efficiently we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or adjust your services that are being received that day to ensure we do not run behind for our next guest.

Product Returns:

All product sales are final after 14 days. Returns made prior to the 14th day after purchase are eligible for a store credit. No refunds.

Cashless:

We are a cashless salon and no longer accept cash payments. We accept credit, debit, and Venmo for payment.

Headspace Salon and Coop Text Marketing Policy:

 

1. Purpose

At Headspace Salon and Coop, we value your trust and strive to provide you with personalized updates, promotions, and services through text message marketing. This policy outlines how we collect, manage, and use your information to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect your privacy.

 

2. Consent

    •    We will only send text messages to customers who have provided clear and explicit consent to receive marketing communications.

    •    Consent may be obtained via online sign-ups, in-salon opt-ins, or written agreements.

    •    Customers will never be added to our text marketing list without their permission.

 

3. Opt-Out Process

    •    All marketing text messages will include an opt-out option. Simply reply “STOP” to unsubscribe at any time.

    •    Opt-out requests will be processed immediately, and you will no longer receive marketing texts unless you re-subscribe.

 

4. Message Frequency

    •    By subscribing, you agree to receive occasional updates, promotions, and exclusive offers from Headspace Salon and Coop.

    •    Messages will be limited to no more than 5 messages per month to ensure we don’t overwhelm your inbox.

 

5. Content Guidelines

    •    Our text messages will focus on providing value to our customers, including special promotions, appointment reminders, and updates about our services and events.

    •    Each message will clearly identify Headspace Salon and Coop as the sender and include contact information for customer support.
